What we did:
- Data integration architecture: We designed and implemented a robust data integration layer utilizing RESTful APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange between Xactly’s core systems and Obero’s functionalities. We also developed sophisticated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to handle the migration of historical data and ensure data integrity during the integration.
- Enhanced sales planning module We developed new user interfaces and backend logic to enable users to seamlessly leverage features for aligning market opportunity with accurate capacity planning, data-driven quota setting, and sophisticated forecasting models.
- ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance framework Wishtree played a critical role in developing an end-to-end solution to address the requirements of ASC 606 and IFRS 15. Implementing data models and processes to capture commission data at a granular transaction level. Developing functionalities to track and manage the capitalization of commission expenses. Creating mechanisms to link commission expenses with the corresponding revenue recognition periods, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Building comprehensive audit trails and reporting capabilities to facilitate compliance audits.
- Customization and configuration enhancements We extended Xactly’s platform with user and role-based access control features, allowing administrators to define specific permissions and access levels for different user groups.
- Agile implementation We employed Agile methodologies, including iterative development, regular sprint planning, and continuous feedback loops, to ensure rapid progress, flexibility in adapting to evolving requirements, and timely delivery of the integrated solution.
